Phytium Tengrui D3000 Wins CITE Innovation Gold Award
April 10, 2025
On April 9, the 13th China Information Technology Expo (CITE), themed “Technology Leading, Innovation Gathering in Shenzhen”, was grandly opened in Shenzhen. After rigorous review by experts in electronic information, Phytium Tengrui D3000 stood out from competitors with its excellent performance and innovative capabilities, and won the Innovation Gold Award. This honor not only recognizes Phytium’s technological capabilities but highlights the continuous progress of Chinese-made chips in achieving self-reliance and controllability.

CITE is known as the “barometerof Asia’s electronic information industry”. This year’s CITE gathered over 1,000 top enterprises worldwide and more than 5,000 innovative products. This year’s Innovation Award consists of six categories, with the evaluation criteria focusing on five dimensions, including technological leadership, market competitiveness, and functional applicability. It is stated that this year’s evaluation prioritized breakthroughs in “chokepoint technology” and “people’s livelihood value”, and focused on “chokepoint technology” and “proportion of R&D investment” in terms of technological dimension.
Phytium Tengrui D3000 is a next-generation, high-performance desktop CPU from Phytium. With significantly improved computing power, it provides the industries with more intelligent, secure, and reliable environment and high productivity, setting an example for domestic chip innovation.
Fundamental capabilities of “Chinese chips”
Phytium Tengrui D3000 is currently the most powerful desktop CPU of ARM architecture in China. It integrates eight next-generation FTC862 high-performance processor cores independently developed by Phytium, with a dominant frequency up to 2.5 GHz, and performance significantly improved compared with the previous generation. It integrates a rich set of extension interfaces, and supports Phytium’s proprietary processor security architecture standard PSPA 2.0 (Phytium Security Platform Architecture 2.0) to meet the performance and security demands of users in complex application scenarios.
