Phytium & HollySys, a major new product Release!

At the recently held "4th Petroleum and Petrochemical Industry Exhibition and 2025 Yipaike Industrial Products Exhibition", HollySys, in collaboration with Phytium, grandly released the HiaGuard MAX high-availability safety control system, the first fully domestic dual-safety integrated system in China. This system, with its dual-security integration architecture of "functional safety + information security", fills the technological gap in the domestic high-end security control field and marks a historic leap from "reliance on imports" to "independent control" for China's core industrial control equipment.
In the field of industrial control, especially in high-risk industries such as petrochemicals and chemicals, industrial control systems have long been monopolized by foreign brands, creating a severe "bottleneck" problem. Such problems not only pose a threat to the stability of the country's industrial production and its capacity for independent control, but also further intensify the hidden dangers of work safety. To solve this difficult problem, the R&D teams of Phytium and HollySys, after multiple rounds of technological breakthroughs, successfully launched the HiaGuard MAX high-availability safety control system, the first fully domestic dual-security integrated system in China, building a solid barrier for the safe production of China's industry.

Phytium Tenglong E2000D —— Facilitating 100% full domestic production
This system adopts the Phytium Tenglong E2000D and combines it with a self-developed software platform, achieving full domestic production of both software and hardware. Its embedded operating system, programming software, and core firmware are all independently developed. As the core foundation for domestic industrial control, the Phytium Tenglong E2000 is a high-end embedded CPU developed by Phytium for the industrial control field. The Phytium Tenglong E2000D adopted this time is one of its sub-series, integrating two FTC 310 processor cores, which can achieve parallel operation of functional safety detection and business processing. Meanwhile, the processor is equipped with an internal ECC protection mechanism , effectively ensuring the integrity of instructions and data. Additionally, comes with a software interface that supports register-level fault injection and real-time error detection, establishing a comprehensive monitoring mechanism for the system's operating status.

Disruptive Breakthrough —— HollySys creates a fully domestic industrial powerhouse
The "Double Safety Integration" technology can be regarded as a key breakthrough that subverts the traditional perception of the industry. In terms of functional safety, the HiaGuard MAX high availability safety control system adopts a 1OO2D*3 architecture design. The Phytium Tenglong E2000D works in coordination with the HiaGuard MAX system. Each module reaches SIL3 level and can accurately identify potential risks. Ensure the availability of the safety circuit is up to 99.999%. In terms of information security, the system adopts a dual insurance design of "source trustworthiness (static trusted startup) + full-process protection (dynamic trusted measurement)", achieving security protection for critical infrastructure throughout its entire life cycle.

In July this year, the HiaGuard MAX system successfully passed the rigorous evaluation of the Comprehensive Technical and Economic Research Institute of Instruments and Meters of the Machinery Industry and was awarded the SIL3 functional safety certification certificate. Leading enterprises in industries such as China National Petroleum Corporation and China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation have also highly recognized the technological breakthroughs of this system.

The launch of HiaGuard MAX will have a profound impact on ensuring the security of the national energy industry chain, and will continue to lead China's process industry to upgrade from "available and usable" to "user-friendly and intelligent", injecting security momentum into the new industrialization.
